The Hollywood Reporter claims that the network has made a script deal for the project, which will follow a woman living two parallel lives.
The lead character will be a young prosecutor who is a successful trial lawyer in one world, but is standing on trial herself in the other.
Newcomer David Hubbard will script the pilot episode, while Brian Grazer and Francie Calfo will executive produce the project for Imagine Entertainment.
No casting for the project has yet been announced.
