'Battlestar' actor for 'Eureka' role

Former Battlestar Galactica actor Aaron Douglas has revealed that he will be making a guest appearance on Eureka.

Douglas confirmed on Twitter that he had been in discussions with a producer on the Syfy drama.

He wrote: "Got a very cool email today from an old BSG friend, now EP on Eureka. He asked me to come play. So, Chief does Eureka, tomorrow. Hells Yeah! (sic)"

Douglas is known for his Battlestar role as Chief Tyrol and recently played a recurring part on The CW comedy-drama Hellcats.

Eureka will return to Syfy early next year.
