Elisabeth Hasselbeck joins 'GMA'

According to ABC, the View co-host will cover "hot-button family, lifestyle and child-rearing issues" for the morning show.
"I am thrilled to join the Good Morning America team, and I am thankful for this opportunity to raise awareness and explore the most important issues facing parents and children," she said.
The show's executive producer Jim Murphy added that Hasselbeck will bring a "very distinctive style and unique perspective" to the programme.
Her first segment - focusing on children and tattoos - will air October 11.
