According to The Hollywood Reporter, the American Idol host and radio personality is in "very early talks" about a possible partnership with music promoter AEG and talent agency CAA.
The trade publication reported that the proposed venture would likely focus on music, pop culture and lifestyle. It added that Seacrest could appear on screen in some capacity, but he will not be the face and brand of the venture and will continue with his other work commitments as normal.
Among Seacrest's current jobs are hosting duties with American Idol and E! News, fronting his own KIIS-FM radio show, On Air With Ryan Seacrest, and producing Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
A representative for Seacrest has yet to comment.
