NBC buys Dog Eat Dog

NBC has bought the rights to UK gameshow Dog Eat Dog, it has been confirmed today.
Thirteen episodes of the series will be produced for broadcast during primetime later this year.
The BBC will co-produce the show, which will be filmed in Los Angeles.
Rupert Gavin, chief executive of BBC Worldwide, said: "Dog Eat Dog is a great new game show format and has all the hallmarks of becoming a huge international hit.
"NBC's commitment to the show is fantastic and they are confident they have another successful show on their hands."
