The actors starred in all five seasons of Alias, in which Garner portrayed CIA agent Sydney Bristow and Garber played her father Jack Bristow.
During a video interview the two admitted that neither of them would be interested in starring in an Alias film.
"Everyone asks that question and I always say, 'it's not going to happen but thank you'," Garber explained to Entertainment Weekly.
"There's not going to be a movie," Garner confirmed. "We've told that story."
After forming a strong bond during filming for Alias, the two have remained good friends with Garber officiating at Jennifer Garner's wedding to Ben Affleck in 2005.
