The original cast members, who were earning £22,500 per episode, were offered a rise that would bring their salaries up to £45,000 per episode, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Main star Matthew Fox, who plays Jack on the show, was also said to have earned an extra bonus of at least £140,000. The pay rises were said to have taken place to enable the actors to match the salaries of the leads on Desperate Housewives.
However, cast members and producers declined to comment on the story.
