ABC bumps 'Invasion' for 'Evidence'

ABC plans to put Invasion on a short broadcast hiatus in March for a run of The Evidence, it has emerged.
The crime drama, starring Rob Estes and Orlando Jones, will take Invasion's 10pm Wednesday timeslot beginning on March 22.
ABC added that Invasion will be back with a run of new episodes in April, but speculation is mounting that the series will not get a second season renewal. In its current timeslot, the show competes with ratings powerhouses CSI: NY and Law and Order, and typically loses a noticeable portion of its Lost lead-in.
