Julianna Guill has revealed that she loves the fact that her show Glory Daze is set in the 1980s.
The TBS comedy focuses on a group of friends beginning college.
Speaking to the New York Post, Guill explained that the 1980s setting was one of the things that attracted her to the series.
"I loved that it was set in the '80s," she said. "I knew that people would respond to that because the era is coming back in so many ways right now. But at the end of the day, I have to say that the writing is what compelled me most. It's fun to explore guys and their feelings - we don't see that too much on television."
Guill also revealed that she has loved filming the show, saying: "I can't call this work every day - I go hang out with these beautiful men every day, it's pretty sweet. It's like, 'When can they all take their clothes off again?' You'll actually catch glimpses of them in their undies a couple more times in the next few episodes."
Glory Daze continues on Tuesdays at 10/9c on TBS in the US. The show will air on E4 in the UK and is expected to begin in January.
