Cramsey was known for her award-winning work on shows like Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, True Beauty, and Trading Spaces.
"It is with tremendous sadness that the immediate and extended family of Denise Cramsey is confirming her death yesterday due to a brain aneurysm suffered in the morning," Cramsey's agency WME confirmed via an official statement on Wednesday.
The Hollywood Reporter later released a statement from US network NBC describing Cramsey as both "a friend and colleague", as well as praising her contributions to the industry.
During her career, Cramsey won two Emmy Awards and was also nominated for the Producer's Guild.
