Last month, Dreama Walker landed the lead role of June, a mild-mannered young woman who moves in with wild New York party girl Chloe (Krysten Ritter).
Deadline now reports that Blaiklock will play Eli, the pair's creepy next-door neighbour. He previously appeared in The CW's reboot of Melrose Place and has also featured in episodes of Hung and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
American Dad! scribe Nahnatchka Khan has written the Bitch pilot, which will be helmed by Modern Family director Jason Winer.
The project is currently in contention for ABC's 2011-12 television season.
