BBC America signs new 'Footballers Wives'

The glitzy soccer drama ranks as the US network's highest-rated series in the all-important 18-34 demographic.
The deal also includes ITV2 spinoff drama Footballers' Wives: Extra Time, which will be retitled Footballers' Wives: Overtime for the American market.
Kathryn Mitchell, general manager at BBC America, said: “We’re glad that the viewers and critics alike are having as much fun with Footballers Wives as we are."
