Foreman to make 'Private Practice' return

According to TV Guide, Foreman will reprise her role as Katie Kent in the 19th episode of the season.
Katie previously appeared as a mentally ill patient who lost her baby, then carried out a C-section on Violet (Amy Brenneman) to take her child.
She was last seen in the third season when she was on trial for drugging and attacking Violet.
Further details of Foreman's return and her storyline have not yet been revealed.
Private Practice airs on Thursdays at 10/9c on ABC.
