The project will focus on two unemployed car salesmen who dress as women in order to get jobs working as pharmaceutical reps.
Former Prison Break star Nolasco will play Angel, who devises the scheme with his friend Lee. The actor currently stars in NBC drama Chase, which is currently on hiatus but has yet to be officially cancelled by the network.
His past credits include guest appearances on ER and all three CSI series, as well as roles in films including Max Payne, Transformers and 2 Fast 2 Furious.
John Caparulo, known for his appearances on E! talk show Chelsea Lately, will also appear in the Work It pilot as Lee's brother-in-law.
