Gabel, Esco join 'Exit Strategy' pilot

Two more actors have joined the cast of new Fox pilot Exit Strategy.

The action-drama will follow Eric Shaw (Ethan Hawke), a CIA operative who leads a team that specialises in extracting agents from failed missions.

Deadline reports that Waterloo Road star Elyes Gabel and Cane actress Lina Esco have both signed up to appear alongside Hawke and Megan Dodds.

Gabel, who will play transport expert Tarik, recently starred in ITV drama Identity and appeared on Casualty from 2004 to 2007.

Esco will play Mia, an MIT graduate and computer expert from South Boston. Her past television credits include appearances in CSI and Drop Dead Diva.

Training Day director Antoine Fuqua will helm the Exit Strategy pilot, which has been written by David Guggenheim.
