The potential series will focus on three friends dealing with the issues of being a man in the modern world.
Deadline reports that Fogler will play Kenny, the brother-in law of Will (Mather Zickel) and friend to Craig (Chris Moynihan).
Henry Simmons will also appear in Man Up as the boyfriend of Kenny's ex-wife (Amanda Detmer).
Fogler has previously contributed voice work to American Dad and 2008 film Kung Fu Panda, and also starred in Comedy Central series M'Larky.
The Man Up pilot, under consideration for ABC's 2011-12 television season, has been written by star Chris Moynihan.
