Emma Bell joins 'Reconstruction' pilot

Emma Bell has reportedly landed a role in NBC's pilot Reconstruction.

The historical drama, which was previously known as The Crossing, stars Martin Henderson as a man called Jason who travels across the country after the Civil War.

Jason eventually settles in a small town in Missouri but is surprised to discover that the community believes he can solve all their problems.

According to Deadline, Bell has now signed up to play a tough woman who claims that Jason is a coward.

Bell recently played Amy in The Walking Dead and has also appeared in episodes of shows including Supernatural, Dollhouse and Ghost Whisperer.

Bill Sage, Rachel Lefevre and Claire Wellin have also signed up for roles in Reconstruction.
