'Twin Peaks' star signs for 'S.I.L.A.'

The Traffic writer's new project will focus on crime, law enforcement and politics in Los Angeles.
Former Twin Peaks star Amick will play an unspecified series regular role, according to Entertainment Weekly.
She has recently played recurring roles on Damages, CSI: NY, Californication and Gossip Girl.
It was previously reported that My Generation star Daniella Alonso and and Sons of Tucson's Matthew Levy will both appear in the S.I.LA. pilot.
20th Century Fox TV will produce the project alongside Chernin Entertainment.
