Brendan Hines to guest in 'Castle'

According to TV Guide, the Lie To Me star will play an author who becomes successful after receiving a good review from Castle (Nathan Fillion).
Castle invites Hines' character Alex to visit, but Alex is very interested in what Beckett (Stana Katic) says about being a police detective and becomes agitated when she privately shares information with Castle about a case she is investigating.
Hines, who plays Eli on Lie To Me, has also worked on shows including The Middleman and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
Castle is shown on Mondays at 9/8c on ABC and Hines's episode is expected to air in April.
