The cable network confirmed rumours that it had picked up a new sitcom from Fran Drescher called Happily Divorced.
The series, which is based on Drescher's life, focuses on a woman who enters the dating world after discovering that her husband is gay.
TV Land also confirmed that it has picked up The Exes, which follows a group of divorced men living in an apartment building together. The show will star Donald Faison, David Alan Basche, Wayne Knight and Kristen Johnston.
Meanwhile, TV Land announced that it has renewed its comedy Retired at 35 for a second season and has ordered an additional two episodes of its Betty White hit Hot in Cleveland, raising it from 22 to 24 instalments. Happily Divorced, The Exes and Retired at 35 have all received ten-episode orders.
TV Land's president Larry W Jones said: "TV Land is committed to building a new home for situation comedies and we are ecstatic to build and expand on the success of our original scripted programming. Hot in Cleveland and Retired at 35 have proven to us that our audience is hungry for new sitcoms with relatable, experienced characters and smart, contemporary writing. We're looking forward to an amazing year working with all of this wonderful talent."
Happily Divorced is scheduled to premiere on June 15 along with new episodes of Hot in Cleveland, while The Exes and the second season of Retired at 35 will begin in the winter.
