During an appearance on The Early Show, the four-time Emmy-winner cautioned that she hasn't received any updates on a follow-up to 2007's series finale 'Made In America' from creator David Chase, although she's yet to completely give up hope.
"I'm always the last to know," Falco said. "It's usually my mother that calls and says, 'You guys are doing a movie.'"
The actress continued: "I haven't heard a thing. You know, it could go either way."
For six seasons, Falco portrayed mob wife Carmela Soprano, who struggled with moral pangs over her husband Tony (James Gandolfini)'s criminal dealings, frequent infidelities and violent rages.
She is currently starring as the title character in the Showtime series Nurse Jackie, who executive producer Liz Brixius previously described as not having a "rock bottom".
Nurse Jackie returns with new episode 'Enough Rope' on Monday on Showtime.
