Speaking to MTV News, Meyers revealed that he is yet to think about scripting the May 21 show, featuring the two Saturday Night Live alumni.
"Timberlake and GaGa! [I've got] nothing. It's a month out!" he told the network.
"I've not even thinking about it! I have two shows before then. I can't believe how much I'm slacking," Meyers joked.
Commenting on the prospect of the two performers joining together for a sketch, he said: "I would love it. [GaGa] was great. She was one of the best musical acts we've ever had.
"Obviously, when it comes to being a performer, she's without peer, so I'm really excited to have both of them there together."
GaGa appeared on the long-running US comedy show in October 2009, while Timberlake has taken on the roles of guest and host a number of times, including one which involved a memorable dance to Beyoncé's 'Single Ladies'.
