TV Line reports that both actors have left the legal comedy-drama in a "mutual decision" with producers, but may return for guest appearances.
Former American Dreams star Snow played secretary Jenna in the series, while The Bill actor Ameen starred as paralegal Malcolm.
Harry's Law was picked up for a second season last month by NBC. Series star Kathy Bates (Harriet 'Harry' Korn) will return for the new run, with Nate Corddry also expected to reprise his role as attorney Adam Branch.
Series creator David E. Kelley previously claimed that he was pleased with the first season of Harry's Law, despite the show's "bumpy beginning".
The series will return to NBC in the fall, airing on Wednesdays at 9/8c.
