The Slander writer appeared as a guest on Piers Morgan Tonight and seemingly became agitated when the CNN journalist broached the subject of her decision not to marry and questions surrounding her age.
Coulter replied: "Don't talk about either engagements, Social Security number, age or anything else."
She went on to say: "I think like most public figures [I] don't talk about anything that wouldn't involve - that you would not want the most dangerous stalker to know or have. So I will not be answering private life questions. That's why we call it a private life."
When Morgan contended that the public has the right to know about Coulter's personal life, she insisted: "Let's talk about things I write about. You're going to eat up this whole segment with me not answering questions."
The CNN host then returned the conversation to Coulter's political views and discussed her criticism of former presidential candidate John Edwards.
Morgan recently revealed that his chats with Oprah Winfrey and Charlie Sheen have proven to be the standout moments of his CNN series so far.
Piers Morgan Tonight is broadcast weeknights at 9pm ET on CNN and at 8pm GMT on CNN International.
