A novel written by one of the fictional characters in Lost has topped the US best-seller list.
Under the pseudonm of Gary Troup, novel Bad Twin tells the story of a private investigator who searches for lost twins.
Publishers Hyperion joked: "The author didn't survive the plane crash, but his manuscript did. We got this manuscript from this guy and we couldn't reach him. He apparently got on this plane in Australia and has been lost at sea."
