Warehouse 13 star Eddie McClintock has dropped new hints about the third season.

The actor, who plays Pete Lattimer on the Syfy series, told MediaBlvd that his character will still be feeling the loss of Myka (Joanne Kelly) in the season premiere.

McClintock said: "Pete thinks of Myka as his sister. So it would be the same as if your sister just picked up and walked away and left and didn't say anything to you."

He added: "[Pete's] hurt by it. It bothers him a great deal, and I think that that's reflected in the story at the beginning of season three."

McClintock went on to praise new co-star Aaron Ashmore, who plays Myka's replacement Steve Jinks.

"Aaron came in [to the show] in some pretty odd circumstances," he said. "A lot of fans were saying, 'I'm not going to watch the show if Myka's is not on' so that had to be a little weird."

McClintock continued: "He came on and has done such a great job and he's so incredibly likeable as a person and as an actor. I think the fans are just going to attach themselves to him immediately."

Warehouse 13 returns to Syfy on Monday, July 11 at 9/8c.
