The reality show, which was pitched by former Miss USA Ali Landry and Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney, follows the lives of Hollywood mothers, with each episode focusing on a different celebrity parent, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
"Alison Sweeney and I started a supper club and invited our favourite celebrity mum friends, including Denise Richards, Brooke Burke, Nancy O'Dell, Holly Robinson Peete, Candace Cameron Bure, Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna," said Landry.
"We get together at each other's homes once a month for dinner, and they always lead to fun, unexpected moments and candid conversations between great friends."
The pilot episode will centre on Richards, the former wife of troubled actor Charlie Sheen.
"It's an opportunity to exchange personal stories about our lives, careers and families," Sweeney said of the series. "Our conversations are raw and uncensored - no topic is off-limits! Ali's pregnant, Denise just adopted a baby girl, and we're working on the rest of the guest list right now!"
Richards recently threw a baby shower for her newly-adopted daughter, tweeting over the weekend that the theme for the celebration was "three is a charm".
Sweeney revealed in March that Richards was doing well in spite of the drama with Sheen, saying that the former Bond girl was doing her best to ignore the actor's antics.
Hollywood Moms' Club will premiere in November on TV Guide Network.
