Snoop Dogg to play father in family sitcom

The entertainer will play the father in a family-themed comedy which he is working on with Warner Bros Television, according to Deadline.
Snoop Dogg would reunite with veteran writer and producer Don Reo - who most recently worked as a consulting producer on Two and a Half Men - for the project.
Reo last worked with Snoop Dogg when the rapper made a guest appearance on his Fox comedy Brothers.
Reo's previous credits as an executive producer include 'Til Death, Everybody Hates Chris and My Wife and Kids. He was also a producer and writer on the original series of M*A*S*H for a season.
Snoop Dogg has been confirmed to play blues musician Fillmore Slim in a forthcoming biopic.
He will return to the UK for four shows in October, supported by Chipmunk.
