New actor cast for '24' season six

D.B. Woodside will be a series regular on the next season of 24, Variety reported at the weekend.
The sixth season - airing from January in the US - will begin with Woodside's character, Wayne Palmer, as the newly-elected President of the United States. Wayne's brother and former President David Palmer was assassinated at the start of the fifth season.
Meanwhile, Ray star Regina King has been cast as Palmer sister Angela, described as a "powerful lawyer with an advocacy group".
