The Pushing Daisies creator's two series are receiving a positive buzz in the early development stages, according to Deadline.
Fuller's reworking of 1960s comedy The Munsters has been compared to his previous work on Daisies and a full series order may be made next week. NBC has apparently tapped the show to be a "potential summer or event series".
The comedy will apparently mix "striking visuals" with "classic Munsters archetypes".
Fuller's other NBC project in the pipeline is a script based on the character Hannibal Lecter, which may potentially have a 13-episode series if NBC approves.
According to the Deadline report, "Fuller was attracted to the dark, sick side" of the Hannibal character.
