Perry is nominated for seven categories, including 'Favourite Female Artist', 'Favourite Pop Artist', 'Favourite Tour Headliner', 'Favourite Music Video' for 'Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)' and 'Favourite TV Guest Star' for her appearance on CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother.
She is also up for 'Favourite Animated Voice' as Smurfette in The Smurfs and 'Favourite Song of the Year' for 'E.T.', which she shares with Kanye West.

Other celebrities who will attend the People's Choice Awards are Morgan Freeman, Adam Levine, Lea Michele, Liam Neeson, Jason Segel, Ellen DeGeneres and Terrence Howard.
Hunger Games trio Liam Hemsworth, Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson will also make an appearance, along with Jason Biggs, Matt Bomer, David Boreanaz, Elisha Cuthbert, Nina Dobrev, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Nathan Fillion.
Vanessa Hudgens, Ginnifer Goodwin, Ashley Greene, Alyson Hannigan and Julianne Hough were also announced.
Angus T Jones, Zachary Levi, Cory Monteith, Chloë Moretz, Dermot Mulroney, Sharon Osbourne, Busy Philipps, Rob Schneider and Cobie Smulders make up the current attendees, with more to be revealed at a later date.

Country singer Faith Hill and Demi Lovato were previously announced as performers for the show.
