One Direction to guest star on Miranda Cosgrove's 'iCarly'

One Direction are to guest star in the fifth season of Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly.
iCarly stars School of Rock's Miranda Cosgrove as the host of a web show with her friends.
One Direction will appear as themselves in an episode where Cosgrove's character becomes sick after coming home from a trip, reports MTV News.
She finds out that One Direction have agreed to perform on her web show, but band member Harry Styles also becomes sick after their arrival.
One Direction are set to perform 'What Makes You Beautiful' on the show.
The band previously admitted that cracking the US music market is going to be difficult.
Styles said: "America is a massive place and it's going to be hard. Nothing is gonna come easy. A lot of people have tried and failed but we want to break the mould and see what we can do. We'll definitely give it a go."
