Anger Management, which is loosely based on the 2003 movie of the same name, stars Sheen as a therapist with anger issues.
DeWulf has now signed up to play a member of the therapy group, Deadline reports.
Her character, who is described as a spoilt rich girl, ends up in anger management after shooting her unfaithful boyfriend.
DeWulf has previously appeared in shows such as Outsourced and HawthoRNe and recently had a guest role in Happy Endings.
Her casting in Anger Management comes after it emerged that Selma Blair and Shawnee Smith have both landed roles in the comedy.
Anger Management is expected to premiere on FX in June.
