The singer will guest star on an upcoming instalment of the NBC series, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Nicks will play herself in an episode that sees Reagan (Christina Applegate) and Ava (Maya Rudolph) attempting to convince her to appear on Ava's talk show.
The singer, who is a member of Fleetwood Mac, recently urged the general public to do more to support military servicemen and women.
Drummer Mick Fleetwood has said that Fleetwood Mac will go on tour sometime this year.
Up All Night airs Thursdays at 9.30pm on NBC.
