Producers for the new series Marie! have described the chatshow as an "an inspirational journey to help people make a difference in their own lives".
Osmond will interview celebrity guests as well as take part in lifestyle segments.
Hallmark Channel's vice president Michelle Vicary praised Osmond in a press statement: "Marie Osmond is perfect for Hallmark Channel because the star remains so true to who she is - an extraordinarily talented and grateful human being who loves and believes in family, hard work and the American dream."
Osmond previously hosted the daytime talk series Donny & Marie with brother Donny Osmond from 1998 to 2000.
Her new programme Marie! is expected to premiere in the fall as a replacement for Martha Stewart's chatshow, which wraps production in May.
