The former 90210 actress, who recently announced her divorce from Twilight actor husband Peter Facinelli after 11 years of marriage, is moving 14-year-old Luca, 9-year-old Lola and 5-year-old Fiona onto a country estate in Santa Ynez Valley in California.
According to People, the show will be called Jennie Garth: Little Bit Country and is scheduled to premiere on CMT on April 20.
The series will reportedly follow newly-single Garth and deal with her split from Facinelli, but he will not appear on camera.
Little Bit Country will also look at Garth's anti-farm assistant, her relationship with her children and dogs and her tackling country life for the first time since she left her rural childhood home in Illinois.
When Garth's fly-on-the-wall series was first announced back in December last year, it was believed to be being produced by Facinelli and would be named I Love Jennie. It was believed to be focusing on the star's life with her whole family.
You can watch a sneak peek of Garth's show on the People website.
