Kendra On Top, which will air on WE TV, will focus on the former Playboy model's experiences as a wife and mother as well as on her husband Hank Baskett's life after football.
"It's a fresh start," Wilkinson told USA Today. "My life is a journey. I love to put it on TV."
Wilkinson, who explained that she "parted ways" with E!, joked that it felt like her life "was injected with steroids" when she landed the WE TV series.
"I'm bigger, I'm better," she said. "I'm the best person, the best parent. I want to be happier, more fulfilled. I want to be on top!"
Wilkinson said in September that she wasn't ready for another baby, but has now hinted that she may have changed her mind and explained that her preparations for a second child will be a part of her show.
"That's a true, true thing that's happening in my life," she said. "Do we want to have baby number two right now? You'll get a chance to go through that with me. I want to figure it out and bring my fans through that process. Who knows - you might even see me on top of Hank and get pregnant!"
Kendra On Top, which will go into production in Los Angeles this month, is due to premiere on WE TV in the summer.
