The reality show focuses on the lives of Khloe Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odom.
The new season, which will begin airing in the UK on E! on Sunday, will focus on the couple's careers, family lives and attempts to start a family.
The show will also examine what happened when the duo relocated from Los Angeles to Dallas after Odom was traded to the Dallas Mavericks.
Meanwhile, in the opening episode Odom has an argument with his brother-in-law Rob Kardashian.
Kardashian and Odom married in September 2009, less than a month after they confirmed that they were dating.
Khloe & Lamar will premiere in the UK on Sunday, April 1 at 10pm on E!.
