The Bridesmaids star revealed that she finds herself joining SNL's 'after parties' more and more as each season progresses because the sketch comedy series is so demanding.
"It's a six-and-a-half-day week," Wiig told Vogue. "This year I've been an after-after sort of girl. Sometimes I need to blow off steam and go dance really hard."
Wiig also touched on the success she's received since the release of her film Bridesmaids, which netted her a 'Best Original Screenplay' Oscar nomination.
"People assume your life changes more than it does," she commented. "If anything, people see me differently, and yes, there are opportunities."
Wiig co-stars with Maya Rudolph, Megan Fox, Jon Hamm and Adam Scott in Friends with Kids, now playing in US cinemas and opening on June 29 in the UK.
