Last year's awards show was hosted by Kaley Cuoco and featured guests such as Robert Pattinson, Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift.
"I look back and am amazed at all the talent that has walked across the stage and the stars who were either at the top of their game or just about to hit it big," said executive producer Bob Bain in a press release.
"It seems fitting that at 14 years, this show has been a weathervane on what is hot and I can't wait to do it all over again."
Executive producer Michael Burg went on to say that the show will make a great addition to Fox's summer lineup.
"Keeping Teen Choice ahead of the curve each year is what makes this show perfect for the Fox audience," he said.
After hosting the Teen Choice Awards, Cuoco was invited to helm the People's Choice Awards, which aired in January.
The Teen Choice Awards will air from 8-10pm on July 22 on Fox.
