Meanwhile, steady audiences for The Simpsons (5m/2.3) and Bob's Burgers (3.9m/1.9) in the 8pm hour ensured Fox climbed to second place on the scoreboard.
Once Upon a Time (9.1m/2.9) and Desperate Housewives (8.1m/2.5) were solid performers as ABC topped primetime, while 10pm's GCB soared to 5.7m (1.9). America's Funniest Home Videos entertained 6.7m (1.4) on ABC at 7pm.
The Amazing Race (8.4m/2.2) and The Good Wife finale (9.8m/1.7) both recorded season lows on CBS, while NYC 22 slipped further to 7.6m (1.2). 60 Minutes had 9.9m (1.2) at 7pm.
Celebrity Apprentice saw its audience decline for a second week running on NBC, logging 6.3m (1.9) between 9pm and 11pm, prior to which 7.4m (0.9) tuned in to Harry's Law. Dateline claimed 3.4m (0.8) at 7pm.
