'NCIS: Los Angeles', 'Hawaii Five-0' crossover earns 15m for CBS

An NCIS: Los Angeles crossover with Hawaii Five-0 gave CBS the edge in Tuesday night's ratings battle, Nielsen overnight data indicates.

The Tiffany Network's drama special pulled in 15m (3.0) in the 9pm hour, matching 8pm's NCIS (15m/3.0) in the demos.

Meanwhile, The Voice maintained its place as the day's highest-rated show with 8.9m (3.1) for NBC at 9pm, prior to which The Biggest Loser concluded another season with 7.1m (2.1).

Elsewhere, Fox's Glee (6m/2.3) and New Girl (4.4m/2.1) as well as ABC's Last Man Standing (6.5m/4.1) and Cougar Town (5m/1.3) lost viewers.

The latest Dancing with the Stars stayed steady with 13.4m (2.3) for the Alphabet Network in the 9pm hour.

The CW's 90210 (1.2m/0.6) and LA Complex (570k/0.3) delivered the same audiences as last week.

Nothing much changed either at 10pm, as ABC's Private Practice led the hour with 7.6m (2.1), beating Unforgettable's 10.6m (1.3) for CBS in the metered markets, and Fashion Star's 4.2m (1.5) for NBC.
