The programming rights to the iconic Panasonic Astrovision screen in New York City's Times Square have flipped from NBC to Fox.
News Corp, the parent company of Fox, has assumed full control over the screen's content. It plans to simulcast at least three hours of live shows on a daily basis, including the talk-led Fox & Friends breakfast show from Fox News and a variety of live sporting events.
NBC had been airing programming on the screen since 1996.
