'24' co-creators to pilot 'NSA Innocent'

24 co-creators Bob Cochran, Joel Surnow and Howard Gordon are to produce a pilot of a new spy drama for Fox.
Tentatively titled NSA Innocent, the show will follow the story of a regular guy recruited by America's National Security Agency and forced to spy for it.
