The stars are following on from previous Miss USA judges Kelly Monaco, Perez Hilton, Carmelo Anthony, Johnny Weir and Lil John.
This year's Miss USA gala will be held at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas's Theatre for the Performing Arts.
Giuliana Rancic and Andy Cohen host Miss USA 2012 on June 3 on NBC.
Miss California Alyssa Campanella was named Miss USA last year. Campanella later admitted that her jaw dropped when she was announced as the winner.
