The former CSI: Miami star will appear in the FX biker drama's fifth season, according to Deadline.
De Jesus will appear in multiple episodes as Carla, an associate of Latino gangster Neron "Nero" Padilla.
Nero - a new mentor for series lead Jax (Charlie Hunnam) - will be played by De Jesus's real-life partner Jimmy Smits.
53-year-old De Jesus's recent credits include a 2010 stint on ABC soap All My Children and a role in the original pilot of short-lived NBC crime drama Law & Order: Los Angeles.
Lost actor Harold Perrineau will also appear in the new season of Sons of Anarchy as drug kingpin Damon Pope.
The series will return with new episodes later in 2012, with a sixth season already commissioned and a seventh run also being planned.
