High production costs have caused CBS to pull the plug on midseason drama Waterfront, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Production on the Warner Bros. TV show, which featured Joe Pantoliano as the mayor of Providence, Rhode Island, has been halted with four episodes in the can.
