Meanwhile, Fox finished third in primetime thanks to its high-scoring repeats lineup of animated comedies, especially Family Guy (3.8m/1.8) and American Dad (3.3m/1.5) in the 9pm hour.
CBS's only original programme of the night, 60 Minutes, mustered 9.6m (1.4) in the 7pm hour, beating NBC's Dateline on 4.6m (0.9).
