The Franklin & Bash star appeared on the classic teen show as Zack Morris for several years.

However, speaking with Yahoo, Gosselaar said: "It's not a great show."
He added: "The writing is kind of hokey... it's very much a piece of that time."
Gosselaar also revealed that the cast never expected Saved By The Bell to be such a hit, saying: "We just thought we were doing a small little Saturday morning show and no-one was watching. We were almost cancelled every season. So we never got big heads."
Still, Gosselaar did confess that he learnt a lot from his time on Saved By The Bell.
"It taught me to have a strong work ethic, and to take it very seriously," he said. "Even though we had fun, the one thing the producers instilled in us is that this is a business. You can still have all your fun, but you have to do your job, and then you can reap all the benefits at the end."
Gosselaar's former co-star Tiffani Thiessen has previously suggested that she does not expect a Saved By The Bell reunion to take place.
