Deadwood star Powers Boothe has joined the cast of 24 to play the role of Vice President Noah Daniels.
The actor will shortly be appearing in two Deadwood movies scheduled for transmission on HBO, and will also star alongside Sean Astin in The Final Season, to be released next year.
